Older Sex Is More Enjoyable

If you are married, have you ever wondered how long you should have sex intimately? Is it better for a long time or just quickie?

Launching from GQ, the average partner reaches sexual satisfaction for 5.4 minutes. This was revealed from the results of a study conducted by psychologist Dr. Brendan Zietsch from the University of Queensland, Australia, to 500 couples around the world who were asked to bring a stopwatch while making love.

Another study conducted by Rachel Hills, the author of The Sex Myth found that having sex is most enjoyable up to 7.5 minutes. Another study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicene in 2008, also found that 1-2 minutes was too short a time, 3-7 minutes was enough time, 7-10 minutes was the right time while over 10 minutes was the time too long.

When looking at the 2004 Journal of Sex Research, sex involving foreplay can usually enjoy sex for 11-13 minutes, starting with foreplay and having sex for 7-8 minutes.

There is one interesting fact about the results of related studies, namely the duration of intercourse is largely determined by the shape of the penis. Apparently, the shape of the penis is perpendicular to ejaculate earlier in various forms of vagina, on the contrary if the shape is not perpendicular it takes longer to ejaculate.

However, the most important thing when having sex is intimacy, no matter how long you make love. When the shorter the duration, can affect the decrease in satisfaction when making love in each partner.

Hmmm, so don't believe in blue movies with 'games' for a very long time - it can be more than 30 minutes! In fact, even 10 minutes is satisfying, really!
